It’s a snapshot of a band doing what they do best, and doing it honestly and sincerely, egged on by unfortunate catastrophe. This one will be getting full iPod spins for months to come.

This album was and is criminally underrated by critics. This band coming back 12 years after the last albums critics did like, apparently, not having fallen apart from drug use or personality conflicts, and rocking this damn hard is honestly incredible. If you just want bangers, I feel like this album already has you covered with hardly any filler material, but there are a few tracks that lyrically and musically go a step further and really reach another level, such as Dimebag tribute "3 ... read more

I thought this was better overall than the debut. There's no Stone the Crow but as a whole it's groovier and the riffs just feel more satisfying. Like the other 2 albums, it's kind of overlong. The 2 (?) slow ballad-y tracks could have been cut and not much would be lost in my opinion. It feels like trying to do the Pantera Planet Caravan thing but without a track as good as Planet Caravan.
