I didn’t know this going into this album, but JukeBox is a collection of cover songs and two original tracks sung and performed by Cat Power. Heart and soul is given heavily behind each performance. There’s emotion packed behind each track, which shows that Chan doesn't mess around with any track that she records. Production sounds great, and the spacious feel fits each track perfectly. Chan makes each song her own and encapsulates her own power on each track.
