So, I’m trying to do an actual single review again and not like a shitpost. Yay!

Update: score is still the same. But damn, this song is not the only worthy track on Make Believe, I think there's still some pretty good bops on the album besides than this. Honestly, the Original LP Mix of this is better.

sometimes rivers makes a great and catchy verse then fails to make a decent chorus and just WHOAAAAAAAAH ejaculates over the mic and we get "perfect situation"

This is definitely among Weezer's best. The lyrics on the verses still are a little cringy but not as bad as Beverly Hills. The instrumental sounds great and his vocals don't sound nearly as annoying as other songs by them. The chorus, while simple, is very good and sounds nice. Not great but definitely very good.
Another good song to listen while on vacation.
Also the most-Pinkerton sounding song after Pinkerton. Sounds a bit like what I think My Chemical Romance sounds like too.
