This album is exactly what makes pop-punk one of the greatest styles of music ever and why it has survived for decades. It's versatile and forever relatable and approachable. This classic is slick, endlessly and beautifully catchy, and wonderfully witty. Whether it's striking a young heart or serving a nostalgic trip into a fonder past, pop-punk will always have a place in the heart of its fans.
A lot of good songwriting, but the vocals ruin it for me. It's just standard pop-punk, but it got really annoying at times. The cover art is really cool, though.
While bigger acts in the scene were crafting 'larger than life,' theatrical narratives, Motion City Soundtrack went in a more personal direction. The numbers may not support it, but Commit This to Memory is the more compelling and resonant 2000s emo/pop-punk album.

i've loved LG FUAD for a while but neglected to listen to the whole album and damn this is just straight killer no filler
