a technical display of experimentation from a producer who was only 16 (maybe even younger) at the time. LINEPULSE is packed with delicately crisp sound design. at points, kuatari will wow you with how each sound is placed together. at others, it can leave room to be desired. there are points where it just feels rather empty and in need of additional instrumentation to make the idea stick out more. the story throughout the album also isnt the clearest thing and is only made obvious in the ... read more

Awesome.

At the time this album came out I didn't know Kuatari's music, but I gave it a chance and I think I ended up listening to one of the best Dubstep albums in recent years, the amount of rhythm changes and the mix on this album in general is very sharp and crispy and makes me enjoy it much more and with much more detail, songs like "Spectral Clockwork" are a perfect example that this 16 year old boy literally made an album that, for me, will be remembered for the next few years.
