Cher turned with her 22th album towards Euro-disco dance music, using latest technologies such as auto-tune. Overall the album seems to be a bit overproduced nevertheless the reason for the overwhelming success of the superhit "Believe" was exactly this.
MUSICAL BIRTHDAYS: May 20th, 1946-
Cher is truly a voice like no other in music, and while nothing on this album quite lives up to the classic Believe, this record is a pretty fun and funky listen from front to back. Nice disco and house influences, and a front to back jam.
