Although not for everyone, LP5 should be admired, since it's not comparable to anything past or present. Uncompromisingly cutting-edge.

This is an indispensable chapter in their story, and a must have for anyone who considers themselves a fan of music both intricate and abstract.

AUTECHRE DEEP DIVE #5
Though I'm completely open to the prospect of that changing as I go on with this deep dive, as of the writing of this review, LP5, otherwise known as Autechre's self-titled or simply Album is my favourite record from the electronic duo.

It's strange that it's cearly in the same league as Aphex Twin works but I just don't really gel with it
Their strongest work yet, a fitting record to stand against the titan of Aphex Twin himself.
