i dont really understand the praise. its good but the mixing can be a bit off sometimes and the songs just drag way longer than they should.
i think its impressive that i was getting a little bored, considering this is only 30 minutes long.
elephant bones would be utterly amazing if i could actually hear what he is saying in the chorus.
this is far from bad but i just dont see it.

i will admit that this album is overrated.. but if it brings tyler into the mainstream, then i dont mind.

a short but fun listen from TMBG.

a good song with a nice instrumental but not overly crazy about due to some of its cheesiness and its length.

a 5 out of 10 song gave me goosebumps because of how good it was

this is the best advertisement to ever be advertised. change my mind.

nice upbeat song. thats about it.

is it perfect? no, definitely not. buuuut do i still utterly love it?? yes. a million times yes. this is my favourite TMBG album by quite a portion. it has songs im not completely crazy over but still like but its also got songs i am completely crazy over and will be listening to them unironically.

i love how fun some of these songs sound... but the actual topics are very unfortunate
im probably going to use this as some nice background music and ignore the lyrics. some relationship problems and mentions of sex are a regular topic on this album.
listening to this feels like its going to allow me to see new colours i couldn't see beforehand. thats the best way to describe how this sounds

(very) emo Disney villain music with really fun piano work, poor mixing, amazing lyrics, and some repetitiveness riddled throughout. it gives me very mixed opinions.
the music sounds how the cover looks. cluttered.
overwhelmingly overlapping vocals and instruments.
still kinda fun. with some songs on here being likeable. might need a re-listen.
oh, and Doctor Sunshine was there.

an amazing project for a very small creator at the time
brilliant vocal performance and saxophone work as always from LeGrand

I've heard this album so many times. yet, i still love it. no matter what happens, this album will remain to be my favourite album oat. this album just feels like it was made for me.
