"King Push" is pretty much exactly like every album in Pusha's discography to come before it, but with less filler.

I like the edginess but Tyler's production in often boring and repetitive.

It's a pretty generic trap album with some groovy standouts mixed in.

Relistened cuz of the Spotify debut and it's much better than I remember. The unique production really makes this mixtape one of a kind. The execution on some of these tracks could use a bit of help, but the ideas on the tape really showcase what a creative powerhouse Travis Scott is. DBR is far from being my favourite Travis release, but it might be his most experimental one to date.

Basically like any other Vince Staples release, but less in quality and in quantity.

Pretty cliche 2000's rap music but it's not too bad.

Peggy is great at creating a certain atmosphere by using minimalistic production, and this record has a lot of that but not much else.

Good beats and good rapping, but the project as a hole ends up being less than the sum of its parts bc it's just so long and monotone.

This is obviously not Trav's best work, but he shows a lot of talent and ambition on this record and it's really not too bad.
fav. song: Hell of a Night

A lot of records like this are usually way too long, but this one is kept short with no skips. With groovy flows and top tier Metro production, all the song have a very similar structure, but still manage to display unique character. Truly some of the best Trap music I've ever heard.
fav. song: Ghostface Killers

Cole really finds his sound with this one. It's a chill, relaxing listen and, in my opinion, his best album.
