the sailor is a huge progression for rich brian as an artist. one of the best rap albums this year honestly.

ok this is just fantastic, the horns on chicago and casmir pulaski day make a tear shed from my eye. the instruments in general are all well placed and gorgeous. singing is exceptional as well. brilliant record and one of the best of the 2000s

beat was mediocore but kevin and matt had great verses also the voice affect on joba made his verse feel off

Injury Reserve remain the most underrated rappers and they deliver on their debut album with some bangers. One of the most creative albums i have heard all year

I love mac but he really went autopilot on this album. It feels like something is missing and im not sure what it is. Anyways, Here Comes The Cowboy is still a solid record but is probably Mac Demarco’s weakest album.

I've never been a big fan of Vampire Weekend but I decided to give this album a try because of the hype around its long wait. I wasn't a big fan of the singles on their own but on Father of The Bride they all work. Its definitely not as solid and consistent as Modern Vampires but it has its high points and is a good return for the band

Holy shit this is incredible. I adore the production on Ventura, its fun and just makes me happy. Its so lively with the "vibe" and aesthetic it has and easily one of my favorite neo-soul albums.

Oxnard is a banger of an album. It's groovy, funk influenced and just catchy. The soul is great on this album, it really brings the album to life. Also, why was Bubblin not on the album? It's so much better than the bonus tracks and it should have replaced them.
