a complete waste of time, devoid of almost any redeeming qualities

This project is kind of a mess, and I can definitely see why this project is seen as a weaker spot in Nas's catalog.
Having been a fairly big fan of Kanye's wyoming run in 2018, I was fairly surprised to see this album with a somewhat lower user score, but after listening through I can definitely understand why.
The production throughout this project's tracklist feels incredibly bland and weak, and Nas's lacklustre performances throughout most of the album don't do ... read more

why did i listen to this? i actually knew this shit was gonna be trash.
one of the corniest most cringeworthy albums i've had the displeasure of listened to, and it's made significantly worse by the sheer confidence smith has delivering straight dogshit to listeners ears, not much more i can say about this, it's really really bad.

i dont care enough to give this album an actual review because it can't even do the bare minimum of either being enjoyable to listen to, or being bad enough to atleast be entertaining, its just so fucking boring.

Review:
Going into this album, I wasn't sure what to expect, as I hadn't heard anything from either one of this project's creators prior to listening to this album, but this album pleasantly surprised me with it's really creative production and catchy song writing.
I like that even though this album is a fairly upbeat and fun listen, it's still able to have some emotional moments, and weave them into the album in a way ... read more
pre-review:
listening to this under a blanket from temu i bought with aaron hampshire's temu code
actual review:
My introduction to Alex Warren, like most other people, was his hit song "Ordinary" which was one of my least favorite pop hits of the year.
The thought of checking this album out didn't even cross my mind, as a result of how much I disliked the one song I had already heard from him, but after i had seen Aaron Hampshire, a shorts creator who I had watched ... read more
It's not as bad as i thought it'd be, the first few songs are solid, but holy fuck the second half is rough to trudge through. It's by no means good but I think it's a little overhated for how bad it actually is.
It's definitely a pretty fun listen, good first impression of death grips.
It's a nice album. Has some great songs on it, and even though it gets a bit weaker in it's second half, it's still a fun listen.
A really nice listen, album has some really soft production that feels like absolute earcandy at points, along with some phenomenal singing and nice songwriting.
Ceasar really does a great job of making this album feel heavenly. From the gorgeous vocal harmonies to the angelic sounding choirs on some of the tracks, the album does a really good job at displaying it's religious theme through it's production, great stuff.
First album I've listened to from Tame Impala. It's not like this is the worst album in the world or anything, but it's just so substanceless and boring that it makes me feel like I'm literally getting nothing out of listening to this.
Like it didnt make me feel anything negative necessarily, but it also never made me feel anything positive either. This is just some incredibly generic EDM, which is dissapointing to see from an artist so hyped up and acclaimed for his music. ... read more
A phenomenal pop record with some of the most captivating production I've heard. The singing on this album is phenomenal and there were no points in which I ever felt like any of the songs were lacking in any way.
First album I've listened to from Taylor Swift. Honestly, it was a fairly boring and a formulaic listen, even if not offensively bad. Just a really generic and forgettable pop record, the writing and lyrics can be pretty lackluster and bad, but the main issue I have with this LP is how much the songs just completely blend together at points. That being said, "Wood" has some pretty nice production, and some of the songs are like, OK. Don't think I'm going to be ... read more
It's a really good but the audio quality is so bad at points and it's hard to ignore.
EDIT (2/17/2026): not really sure if i listened to like a bootleg copy or something on my first listen? but i have no idea what i was talking about before, this mixtape is just some absolute quality the whole way through.

This album is actually such a tedious chore to sit through. Every song feels so uninspired, generic and lazy, and somehow, despite being just a little over an hour long, this LP feels like 2 and a half.
A phenomenal album with a nearly flawless track-list, shows how talented Mac Miller was in pretty much all aspects, be it production, singing rapping, He pretty much kills it in every way here.
