First album in recent years that made me want to listen to and learn to play all the songs, there's not a single miss in this. it manages to stay interesting musically and lyrically all the way through. The first listen was truly something else, but there's absolutely no way to capture everything that's going on in this during a first approach. Greep managed to take and evolve from the black midi sound while also bringing in a huge plethora of influences and genres to blend with ... read more
Listened to this again after 3 years, still one of the best albums released in current years
I knew they had it in them.
On par with the other best records released this decade
Sit down and listen, pull up the lyrics if you feel like you need to, but listen
It's the only way you're going to experience this like it was intended
This thing right here contains some of the most high quality production I've heard so far this year.
It's crisp and heavy, it sounds distorted and loud but very clean and with a lot of space for the mix to breathe, seriously impressive.
It's easy to get lost into the hypnotic beats and particular textures, but the album succeeds (most of the time) to remain engaging and always brings something new every now and then.
Not all songs captured me fully but there were some very good highlights, ... read more
Definitely hits different at 3 AM, I'd describe it as a 2 hour long lucid dream experience.
I'll admit I always had a soft spot for Vaporware music: its visuals, artistic movement and intentions, so my rating could be a little biased, but also it is my humble opinion and there's no reason I shouldn't rate music I genuinely like listening to any lower.
Amazing record, breathtaking dense atmospheres straight from the oneiric dimension.
An extremely solid Ambient album, recommend even to non ... read more

My goofy ass trying not to write "Atmospheres", "Musical Landscapes" or "Sound Palette" while reviewing a Travis Miller release:
But that's literally it this time, nothing else to pay attention to other than the dispersive but simultaneously immersive production, this Ep is a short and sweet collection of instrumentals ... read more

Ok so I had no idea Travis Miller made so much music under different names, I'll try to review the other Eps/Albums that stand out to me from his catalogue, this one definitely did.
While I'm not the biggest fan of Supa Sortahuman's delivery or lyrical content, he brings the perfect energy to match Miller's production: which is on fire in this ... read more

We're reaching very high levels of "What in the actual Fuck" with this one, I don't see myself ever listening to this again, but it was definitely an experience, I can't even really tell if it was a pleasant one or not.
This thing contains 16 minutes of experimental jazz with various different sounding sections, I have to admit ... read more
Edit: it took me so long to rate this since it has way more material than the various Lil Ugly Mane's Eps I've reviewed before, I'll write a full review very soon
I've decided to listen to all of Travis Miller's discography, maybe I'll even listen to the earlier stuff but for now i'll do all albums, the three volumes of "Three Sided Tape" and maybe some EPs

Man I fucking love music, I always have... or did I?
Actually no, when I was a little kid I really couldn't care less about music, I never sat down and put on a song to just listen to it, throughout all elementary and middle school if ... read more

It's crazy how much content is packed in this 11 minutes of music, which also shows how much progress and evolution Mane's production and lyricism have gotten despite it coming out in the same year as Mista thug Isolation.
I loved all of the main 4 parts of the song, here's my favorite moments from each of them:

H.A.Q.Q. is an impressive accomplishment. Despite me joining the party a little late I can totally understand why Liturgy fans weren't expecting them to surpass this album anytime soon.
Let's start with HAJJ which I thought wasn't the greatest opener, or at least I believed that until the ending climax finally hit: it immediately shows what these guys are capable of and they don't hold back in the slightest, it's not even the best song on the album yet it's so powerful. Also the flutes were a ... read more
