PUSSY (46X)
This is 21 Savage's Magnum Opus. Everything, from the cover to the tracks, just screams badass. Metro Boomin does an amazing job at chopping samples and creating the perfect atmosphere for this project. 21's verses are smooth, menacing
and hard-hitting and his flow is always on point. His artistic evolution and the growth he had over the years is commendable. And Morgan Freeman is a cheat code. Him simply talking about the differences between a snitch and a rat and right after the ... read more
I want to sincerely apologize to SoFaygo
This is how to bounce back from a bad album, Chance The Rapper take notes. Rage music is one of my favourite genres but it's oversaturated with Carti clones and guys who don't know what they're doing, so hearing a great rage album is nice. The fact that this came out only 7 months after his worst project is baffling to me. I want to end this review with a letter to my old self who thought that SoFaygo was mid af:
Dear Old Self,
Your life is nothing, you ... read more
I SOLD CRACK TO A PINE TREE (BOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM)
So this is my introduction to Griselda, and this is what i expected honestly. Westide Gunn has this goofy but also menacing personality that surprisingly works well with the angelic Griselda production. The beats are all there and this feels a lot like an ameteurish project, thanks to the sound effects and the dj drama intros in FlyGod Jr and Red Death. The only problems i have with this project are that the features outshine Gunn a ... read more
So this Is the worst rated single of all time? Well deserved, you cunt
Experimental trap?
I like how this album try to explore different sounds, from the absolute heavy-hitters, bangers like vent or family ties to the more laid back, introspective and chill tracks like issues or 16. If you're in for a cohesive project, well you will remain disappointed. Kendrick plays a big part on this project, and it's always for the better. It's the first time (except his verse on family ties) that i hear him just having fun on a project and that is making me hope for a collab ... read more
I'm lost for words rn. Everything from the beats, the rapping, the flows, the hooks, everything sounded perfect and i fully think this is TPAB levels of good. Maybe is not a full 10, but i'ts one of the best albums i've heard in a while. There are at least 4 tracks that i'd say are in the conversation for top 50 greatest hip-hop songs of all time. Here are the track ratings.
Intro - N/A (Wtf is wrong with the doctors bruh)
Astronomy (8th Light) - 9.5 ("Black like the planet that they ... read more
First KayCyy project i've ever listened to, and it's safe to say that i'm surprised, even if this is basically an extention of the ep he released last year. He doesn't need to get out of his influences imo (even if a new sound from him would be dope because i can see the potential) but he needs to drop a full album only with new songs all produced by Gesaffelstein, which is the strongest part of this ep. Instead he's constantly shooting himself in the foot with these releases and he's not ... read more
ALBUMS I'M GIVING ANOTHER CHANCE #1
So i'm basically starting a series where i re-listen albums that i didn't like or that i thought where pretty underwhelming. My first pick is Denzel Curry's ZUU. I didn't like this at first because i thought that the album dropped significantly in the second part. I didn't like P.A.T. because the beat was killing my ears, literally, and i also didn't like SHAKE 88 for a reason i saved on the track ratings. Safe to say that these tracks growed on me, ... read more
One of the funniest projects i've ever listened to. I don't know if the mixing is intentionally ass but that just adds to the experience overall. Here are the track ratings.

Sucka - 9 (The gunshots edited are hilarious bruh)
Ape Shit - 8.5 (This went on so goddamn fast that i couldn't tell what was i listening to)

Super underrated project, but at the same time it's one of the strangest albums i've ever heard. Plus there are some of Tyler's best songs in here, and without this project we wouldn't have the insane 3 album run we have today. That being said, here are the track ratings.
DEATHCAMP - 9.5 (Bars after bars after BARS, hard af)
BUFFALO - 7.5 (Another banger, i like how abrasive it sounds)
PILOT - 6.5 (it's good but i can get why someone dislikes it)
RUN - 5.5(wtf is happening i'm confused)

Poor man's MMLP with dogshit production (especially the drums HOLY shit) and boring tracks that last for way Too long. Also this thing aged like milk. Here are the track ratings.
Goblin - 5.5 (Cool song concept but boring asf)
Yonkers - 8 (I have played It a million times already. It's funny that the beat in this song was made as a joke but absolutely clears the rest of the Beats here)
Radicals - 3 (Tom MacDonald type hook π)
She - 8 (All hail Frank Ocean for giving us this beautiful ... read more
