First half is all bangers. Hoopty and You Ain't Gotta Lie are clearly weaker, but I like Tan and Up so overall it's pretty good!
Similar to some other AOTY users (I gather), I discovered this artist through her feature on Denzel Curry's "Still in the Paint" from last year, where she delivers an accordingly fire verse.
It's clear to me from listening to this new album that the production and creative collaborators (and the overall sonic creative direction generated therein) has far-reaching impacts on the quality of Bk's music.

Indio is excellent
I really enjoy a lot of the tracks here -- mainly the ones with features -- and I think the commitment the album has to the lofi elements of Carti's music is endearing. But DAMN, that last stretch of tracks is hard to get through. This could have done with less bloat; end the album with We Need All Da Vibes, followed by HBA and South Atlanta Baby, and I think it would be a lot better.

Kenny's production is excellent and very atmospheric, tons of memorable cuts on here with killer features. However, there's far too many songs here that feel like vignettes, and I feel this album would benefit from being more concise especially because Billy's flows can start to feel monotonous after a while and/or his delivery conflicts with the vibe established by the instrumental. The instrumentation here is incredible, and the project definitely embodies the live studio feel that the artist is going for. This does mean that the vocals are rawer this time around. Unfortunately, Puma Blue's vocals are a bit too breathy and wispy to pack the same punch that his rhythm section does.
