This may come off as a bit hot take as I don't enjoy this album as much as most people do on this website. Before, this was one of my most anticipated albums in a long time. I just went through the last album of Eno's Ambient series. And I have to say. I was not expecting for this album to sound dark and haunting. Usually, when I hear some of the ambient stuff that he produced, it gives me the sense of tranquility and comfort. This one; however, genuinely terrifies me. I might've underestimated this band by a landslide because I didn't realize the type of band they are. Obviously, they have such unique personas by not only the mysterious outfit they wear whenever they perform. But also by the way they sounded, especially on this album. To me, while Volume 2 may not necessarily sound too much different from the previous one, I personally find some settle differences that makes me enjoy more overall. I feel like that this is one of the only LP/EP's that delivers a downgrading experience from beginning to the end. However, I found myself enjoying both "JUMP" and "GO". I think both of them are decent and quite groovy at certain moments. But the rest of the songs are either mediocre or pretty much bad for me. "Me and my" is okay.
