the slight underproduction, the flawed vocals, the lack of clarity at moments here--they all contribute to what feels like such a deeply personal experience that has become one of my favorite albums ever

if you can make an extremely bloated album like this remain consistently entertaining from the start to finish, where im hooked waiting for the next goofy delivery, the next interjection of swamp izzo, or a crazy feature that completely changes the energy of the song, you've succeeded in making a long album.
