I hate it when creative producers have an EP amount of ideas, which they milk for more than an hour
Maybe as good as "The Eminem Show", but still very cringe at places; the featured rappers are great, IMHO, the concept is cool, the flows are better than before, the beats are okay, I guess...
Kinda like a turbo-folk equivalent to Alexander Scriabin's Mysterium (turbo-folk expressionism)
Splendid little bonus disc to their record "Voice of Midnight", with a great spoken word prologue, amazing instrumental interlude, and totally on-brand re-imaginations ("covers" is not the right term for these iterations) of "Mr. Sandman" and "Fly Me to the Moon" - generally instrumental, again
Circus music; I wish there were more of those background noises/sound effects, but I enjoy these melodies quite a bit
Ooh, how I wish for an analog version of this! Like, with a real orchestra
I wish all PE sounded at least this dynamic - loving those abrupt switch-ups, although I'd have even more of them
I knew I wasn't gonna love this and I played it anyways... The instrumentals are either nice or great (loving the jazz influences/brass passages!), but the vocals seem kinda unnecessary - especially since they're more spoken word than actual singing.
