This is pretty nice, it gives me the feeling of a city that has something deeply wrong with it, but then the final track ends up feeling kind of hopeful. It's cool!!!!

This is another dive into a genre I don’t listen to. It’s not as aggressive as I thought it would be since my only real exposure to death metal is Cannibal Corpse. This felt a bit more cohesive and meaningful than I thought it would feel. It still has that power that I knew it’d have. I don’t get it.
This is the first time I’ve ever heard of mathcore and I am not a fan. It sounds like the band had a lot of great ideas but just cuts off most of them before they have time to fully realize. In music, I’m not a fan of super chaotic music, I like some order in my library. Wit that being said, the songs “Dead As History” and “Mouths of Ghosts” stood out to me as being the most orderly of the whole record, and I really enjoyed them both. As ... read more

As the pioneer of heavy metal, I have massive respect for Black Sabbath the album and the band. This is a must for any metal enjoyer to see where it all started. Impressive work, especially for the 70s.
