I fail to grasp how people enjoy this album, theres nothing to say really it is just unbelievably boring. So boring in fact, the singer sounds half asleep. The whole album just feels like the band couldn't be bothered and only turned up to get paid.
Not bad, has some phenomenal tracks on there but also some that bore me to tears.
All in all, its just another brick in the wall.
A mixed bag for me, the songs that hit hard, HIT FUCKING HARD. But the songs that dont, for example Gangland and 22 Acacia Avenue, really bring the quality of this album down but not enough to give it a negative score.
I absolutely adore In Rainbows, perfect Album to listen to on a rainy day walk. Perfect album in general tbh, full of emotion and great instrumentation, phenomenal.
It would be a crime against my upbringing to give this album anything less than a perfect score. The songs off this are all a part of my core childhood memories because of my Dad, a massive fan of Oasis, who would blast these songs on full blast in long car rides on family trips. Still incredible even today. And whats better is the lads are doing a reunion, what a time to be alive.
The only album from BMTH I actively dislike. At its best its fine, but the lows are honestly, and I hate the word, just cringey.
I mean, its pretty damn good but compared to what the band would go on to do later in their career, it is by far not their best.
Chelsea Smile goes unfathomably hard tho.
The final OG BMTH album before the evolution that was Sempiternal, and it slaps, hard. 1 or 2 songs are a bit lackluster but as a whole this album is strong.
After seeing BMTH earlier this year on the Nex Gen tour (Easily the best show Ive ever been to and its not even close), My expectations for this album could not have been higher, and when it eventually came out it somehow managed to exceed them. Album of the year for me, easily.
Easily the second best thing BMTH have ever released (Sempiternal stay winning). Absolute masterclass in Metalcore and so much fun to listen to on full blast.
It is very different sure, but that is by no means a bad thing. Got some absolute bangers on this one and is just a fun listen.
The album that cemented this band as one of my all time favourites, came into my life at the perfect time and I wont ever forget that.
Deftones 2, electric boogaloo.
Pretty enjoyable listen, full of energy and power. Really good full length debut, I look forward to seeing what this band does next.
Sony your console isnt special anymore, give us Bloodborne on PC.
Music is also pretty fucking good.
This album made me want to teach bitches how to swim. Not sure how to even describe this album to be honest, its just a headache but in the best way possible.
My Dads all time favourite album, giving this any less than 100 would be a crime. If theres one thing he did right by me, it was introduce me to some great fucking music, I heard this and (What's The Story) Morning Glory? everywhere as a child, I loved it then and I still love it now. One of the most iconic British albums there is. Stands the test of time and is still a great listen. No skips. Masterpiece.
Catchy choruses and dirty riffs, one of the best debuts of any band Ive ever listened to.
