There's some of songs on here I really really enjoy like Malcolm In The Middle and Do That Again but there's also a lot of moments where it feels like he's filling out space, I think this shows so much potential for him to reach a more grand sound but it almost feels like he makes songs in a moment and doesn't have a clear aim/ambition with them which is why his lyrics always circle back to the same words and his sound always loops back to the same thing. After 5 long awaited years, Tame Impala delivers a project equivalent to a DJ Set. I definitely had higher expectations coming into this with the grooviness of the singles of Dracula and Loser and even found myself growing on End Of The Summer. I don't see what you guys see in this. To me this feels really uninspired compared to all his other works, the vocals are cool. The beat doesn't really do anything fascinating to me and the song just feels incredibly linear. I don't see the intention behind this ethier it just feels so empty.

This album is a lot more enjoyable when you go into it without expecting anything specific in a sense. You really gotta go into this open minded and I've been enjoying it a lot more since I did.
It wasn't that bad, I liked central cees verse and the beat was good. Drake does sound goofy though
This is geniuenly I think the best album released in the past 10 years and I don't think it's crazy to say that. Not a single flaw on this project and this evoked emotions in me I've never felt with music. Go listen to it.
This is great, improved on the original in my opinion. Shocked he left out the title track it might be my favorite!
