Darkrise

It's absurdly fast and technical, too much so sometimes. But it is still pretty fun to listen to. The solos are ridiculous but I still enjoy them, even if they are way over-the-top. The vocals are as cheesy as they get in power metal as well. This is a fun record but doesn't have the writing to make it one worth revisiting too often.

He's a decent rapper but the beats aren't super great. Maybe just not my thing.

Easily the most beautiful metal album this year. This is doom metal done right. The heavy parts are brutal as hell and the growls hit hard. But the female vocalist has such an angelic voice it's incredible. The two work so well together. And the melody writing is spot on. This is an album that will be on rotation for months to come. It gives and keeps on giving. Simply an exceptional experience.

Bruh his vocals are complete ass as always. Zero effort put in to this at all. Awful.
