A very, very solid comeback album from deathcore legends Job For A MFin Cowboy 🤠😤. Yeehaw motherfucker
It lulls a bit towards the end, but this single is still a solid addition to the band's discography.
Personally, I couldn't really get behind Social Cues. This song is more like it, to me.
The songs range from decent to pretty good to sometimes really good, but the mixing on the vocals is utterly, abysmally atrocious.
I appreciate the humor, the noisier elements, and the dual vocalists. However, compositionally speaking, this album doesn't really have a whole lot going for it
Nice.
Some of this is really good. Some of this is really bad. Most of it is neither
Good: Grooming My Replacement, Snapshot, But A Dream
Bad: The Above (terrible), the chorus on Splinter the Soul
Wow. It has now officially been 20 years since Rancid made a legitimately good album. RIP.
This album makes me feel like one of those hip young old guys from the soda commercials. IT'S RADICAL.
