4+ years since Mother of Red Light, this new album is absolutely everything it needed to be. Creeping in at a menacing pace, it's darker, noisier, and heavier than anything they've done before - which is certainly saying something.

Personally, I couldn't really get behind Social Cues. This song is more like it, to me.

So what? It kinda bangs, tho

The songs range from decent to pretty good to sometimes really good, but the mixing on the vocals is utterly, abysmally atrocious.

I appreciate the humor, the noisier elements, and the dual vocalists. However, compositionally speaking, this album doesn't really have a whole lot going for it

A pretty significant improvement from their last LP

Their tightest set of songs yet, and perhaps also their heaviest.

This album makes me feel like one of those hip young old guys from the soda commercials. IT'S RADICAL.
