The 1000th rating woohoo!
This album is one of the first i ever listened to alongside some french hip hop, fob and gorillaz (you can probably guess how i found out about the album based on that) and it blew me away back then. It’s a special album that i kinda forgot about (that’s why i’m only reviewing it now lol) even tho it was one of my favorites back then
This is one of the best concept album ever, a really cool story with a cool sci-fi setting that sounds really good! ... read more
Okay i might not be the biggest Eagles fan but this album is pretty good i was honestly surprised. It's really good and quite consistent in its quality but sometimes can feel too long (Take it to the Limit), there's some of Eagles best songs with Journey of the Sorcerer and Lyin Eyes (i absolutly love them both) which makes the album stand out more on it's own and actually makes me want to listen to it on the contrary of Hotel California in which i only really care about the ... read more
Good Gracious! this is so fun and cool and amazing and awesome yum
Favorite: Sick on Seventh Street (the song is sick or what ah ah get it?)
Least Favorite: Disobedient
||✅ The Yes Reviews 4# ✅|| (changed the name because it's not really a marathon anymore even tho i first listened to them in a row)
I've been doing anything but write this review not even busy or anything i was just not motivated enough anyways this is probably the most well known Yes album and it's because of the really popular song Roundabout used as the first ending of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and it’s how I found out about Yes in the first place. This is the ... read more
Thanks for the recommendation @rfflstrz!
I think this is my first noise album i ever listen to and that was an interesting experience for sure i just don't think i'm the target audience. Still, i found the nightmarish and creepy atmosphere of the first 4 songs nice especially digital hazard where i think it was executed pretty well but most of the other songs are kinda underwhelming overall. digital heavens is more hopeful and calm than the others and it's nice. Overall this EP ... read more

is this THE yes album?
No it's not but it's REALLY REALLY GOOD i knew it was a good one but i didn't expect that anyways this is way better than the last one and i can't believe i used to think it was as good as their debut. Starship Trooper and Yours Is No Disgrace are GOATED.
This is their first really prog album because it wasn't really there on the first two and it's awesome i would've said that i'm excited ... read more

I had to relisten to this one i completly forgot it existed lol
The first half is really good, some songs are better than the one on their first album but after Sweet Dreams, it doesn't really click for me, it gets boring except for that one song called Astral Traveler which is really good and then Time and a Word is eeh.
It's a good album with some really good songs but lack the consistency of their first album (I hate you Clear Days) Yes/Yes

I probably should've thought of reviewing after i listened to the album instead of after i did the whole marathon but it's fineee i'll just relisten to the ones i don't remember that much
Anyways this is a good debut album, it's not the Yes we all know and love but it's still a really good one. I'm a big fan of that psychedelic sound they go for even though it's nothing special, it's good. It's also ... read more
This is like a nothing burger where only the buns are good and sometimes there's some substance in the middle
⭐Album recommended by a Friend #2⭐
Amazing first half, didn't expect those first 4 songs to hit that hard (except Everybody Wants to Rule the World i already knew it was goated). Even tho i'm not a big fan of the vocals, those first 4 songs are both unique and interesting in their own way and it's awesome. Then comes the only thing i would reproach to this album, I Believe.
Idk this song is just so boring there's no way its ONLY 5 MINUTES when it felt like hours of ... read more
