This album takes you on a journey! The way it builds, swells, and releases is gorgeous! One thing I love about Maruja is how every harmonizes, but slowly breaks down as the song continues (I don’t know if that makes sense) the production is fantastic and some of the best I’ve heard this year. Their best album since Trench and one of the best albums of the year. They are just a genuinely creative and fun band. The first few tracks on this blew me away, and while the rest isn’t up to that level, it’s still great.

The songs slap, the production is perfect, and the vibe is just immaculate
The weakest of the Mitch Luker albums, but this being the weakest shows how great early Suicide Silence was. It feels a little more polished and more influenced by other popular metal genres at the time. This could be a good thing for people, but I prefer the brutal straight deathcore. Overall a very good album though! You Only Live Once is such a boner jam and unbelievably iconic.
