Woodkid the king is back, though this track doesn't quite pull off the emotion and cinematic grandiose that Guns for Hire did
Alright, final opinion incoming. If I disregard House of The Rising Sun and Hit Me Like That Snare entirely(which I always skip on repeat listens), the album is an 82. With them included, however, it's only a 70. So, to be fair to my fellow Alt-J fans that love this album, I'll give it a 75

By far the most flattering picture you can paint of Spoon is introducing someone to the band through this ep(just like me) only to have them disappointed by the rest of Spoon's discography :/

This album really needed more variety to spice it up. When your album peaks with the first track, you know you gotta switch it up a bit. Nevertheless, not bad, but not exceptional either

It's neat that the past few features got to sing parts in their own languages, but I could not care less about TMTTB so this does nothing for me. I don't get how this of all songs is what the ID fans and people at large latched onto from LOOM. Sure the pickings on that album are slim, but are they THAT slim?
With Sophie's House embracing the pop, I did not expect this to fully embrace the rock. Honestly, I know I'm gonna be vibing with these puppets for the rest of the year!
Unfortunate that I'll never be able to enjoy any of this music with the knowledge that Kanye is basically a neo-nazi
If you reeeeeeaaaaallllyyyy wanna hear some #relatable lyrics with somewhat "quirky" instrumentation, JUST LISTEN TO HALF ALIVE. They know how to produce music, and they know how to make grounded, thought provoking lyrics. Nevertheless, enjoy what you will; I'll agree that some people are just way too violently despicable to this band.
P.S: There really are some solid tracks on this album, I just have to say I've grown our of this phase of my musical lifespan
