I feel like when rating and reviewing albums, I often think about how much I want to go back and relisten to them as a defining factor.
This album is simply beautiful, diverse (for lack of a better word), and electrifying. Definitely what we all need to hear right now, especially with there being more pain, confusion, and suffering in the world than ever. This is the best album I’ve listened to in a hot minute :-) Glad to see Gorillaz is on the up and up again!

Not my favorite Tyler album, but I like how experimental, carefree, bouncy, and fun this album is. I'm glad it's not super "deep" - I think it's quite refreshing. I always think it's fun when Tyler shows off his skills as a producer. I think this is a nice follow-up to Chromakopia overall :-)

Don’t let them fool you, this is Jon’s best album. His most recent album does not hit it for me; this album feels much more genuine and has so much more soul. There are definitely places where it falls short, and cringeworthy lyrics, but that’s kind of just how Jon is in his solo work (still counting off for it tho, not excusing it). I have such mixed feelings about this album. I started listening to Jon when I was 11 and now I’m almost 20, so my opinions have changed a lot about him over time. I went into it with not too high hopes regardless, because Jon doesn’t always put out bangers, that’s just a fact. His singles he’s put out before this album already had me wary. Despite all of these things, I still find myself wanting more out of this album.
