i really like this album, but i’m not really a fan of the formatting. there’s too many short songs and instrumentals. every theme is repetitive, although that’s the point, i’m just not a fan when artists do this. but on the good side, the vocals are top tier, along with the songwriting, and there’s a lot of emotion in this album. every song that is over 2 minutes is very memorable and several big hits in it as well. willie’s such a legend man. this album ... read more
a little overrated. yes. but as a rage hater, it’s not too bad honestly. it’s repetitive and lyrically not very impressive, but it’s rage, the production is the thing to focus on. theres a lot of catchy songs i definitely mess with and i wouldn’t say there’s a bad or even mid song on here, it’s mostly good. i’m not really a big fan of the edm stuff though, it’s just not a sound i can get behind at all.
this is pretty bad, and “Game Ova’” is worse, like that songs really bad. i’m really not a fan of 90s rappers making new music, there’s a few exceptions like mobb deep for example, but damn this is pretty bad. productions not even that good either, everything sounds really low quality, if RZA wasn’t in wu tang, this would just sound like any horrible album from a 90s artist who makes music now.
usually more upbeat country is more my kinda vibe, but i would rather vince stick to the slower sad songs here. the lyrics feel extremely bland and songs lack that energy he’s trying to make. at least he’s switching it up here finally though. lainey’s voice also sounds very nice with vince’s. the instrumental for “liza jane” is really really good, but hearing a almost 70 year old man talk about a girls body is not exactly what i’d like to hear here ... read more
3 albums into this new trilogy, and it’s getting quite repetitive, but still some enjoyable tracks. this one feels a little george jones inspired. not bad at all. “pocket full of gold” is really good though.
for a guy pushing 70, gills voice still sounds great. but the problem for me is the repetitiveness and blandness of the music. the albums very chill and decent, but definitely not anything special, but i don’t expect anything special at this point in his career.
i’ll be honest, i never thought vince gill was all that good. yes i know this is a new album/ep, but his prime music as well. he was just alright to me. now obviously he’s not in his prime anymore, but suprisingly this new music ain’t bad. it just sounds like any music a older country artist would make. nothing special, but that’s to expect.
led zeppelin ll could’ve very easily been a perfect album, but unfortunately it’s very close. awesome riffs, vocals are amazing, and it’s very creative, this album is extremely impressive for the 60s. i’m a big fan. although it’s one of led zeppelin’s biggest song, and the biggest on the record, whole lotta love is still probably my favorite, it’s obviously perfect, but it’s a lot more than that, such a awesome song.
jennings certainly got a very unique voice, but i’m not quite sure he’s using it well. i just don’t know if i like it, and ive been listening for over a year, so i dont think its cause im not used to it. i just feel like there is a lot missing in his music. overall its not a bad album, but i think its gonna be pretty forgettable.
now this is peak bronson, maybe not quite his best rapping performances ever, but still not bad, my main highlight is those alchemist beats though. this was a perfect collab that was bound to happen, they fit together perfectly.
although this albums got some of bronsons best bars, the production just isn’t as good in comparison to his other projects, it’s kinda boring. still, very unique and funny album.
you are now entering into planet frog âŧī¸đ¸
Bronson did a cool little psychedelic vibe to this album and the production fit perfectly on every song, i just do not think it was anywhere near bronsons best rapping performance. i don’t feel like he was on his usual funny bars and just saying shit as much as he used to. it didn’t feel as memorable either, still better than johan sebastian bachlava the docter though. lebron hennessy is so fucking good also.
RATM brought such world changing music that nobody else was able to do through music, i don’t think people realize just how important this band it, like em or not. this tracklist is so perfect, every songs songwriting is amazing with very powerful lyrics in every one. not only are the lyrics so powerful, the songs match that vibe too, it’s hard to show more energy in music better than RATM does it. this is one of the greatest albums of all time.
never really thought i’d ever come anywhere close to liking death metal, but this ain’t to bad. i’ll try and act like it’s not a little corny, but it is an entertaining listen and it’s pretty creative, i just can’t get past the death metal screams, the songs sound amazing anytime there’s no vocals.
it was alright, definitely not my kind of sound, but i mess with riff raff 2013 and lie2me a lil. just don’t really think dc is a talented rapper in any way. production is pretty decent though
lots of legendary covers and cowboy songs that inspired everything cowboy country music covered by ramblin jack elliot. i’m a big fan, very easy and fun listen.
what a beautiful album per usual for denver. his music makes always makes me want to go camping, specifically rocky mountain high, it’s such an amazing song, one of my favorites of all time. really nice songwriting and vocals are on point as always.
