oh my gosh that was really bad.. every single song is the same exact thing about coochie and ass hole or whatever. without debate the worst drake album, i thought honestly, nevermind was bad, but this made it look fantastic. i do hope this album gets deleted. this dude actually listened to cheetah print and said “yup that’s the one, drop it.” this is a whole nother level of bad i didn’t think drake could achieve. i do appreciate drake giving me a good laugh ... read more
gish does not get its flowers enough, i think it’s the best smashing pumpkins record for sure. been my favorite for a while, one of my favorite rock albums even. extremely impressive for a debut.
this dude is making the exact same music he was in 2019, this is hot ass genuinely who is listening to this.
man this was such a missed opportunity for a legendary album, it sounds such low quality and bland.
this dudes fire, really like this sound, hopefully we can get a little more of this next release.
this is awesome, the concept is amazing, songs about war like this is not a thing we see very often anymore. he kinda reminds me of crosby, stills and nash a little bit for some reason. very cool album.
oh my shit this is really underrated. first of badass cover, i don’t care that im sure it looks horrible to some people, i mess with it heavy. also, several tracks very much remind me of sturgill, definitely the first two gave some high top mountain vibes. this was really awesome, and i think it’s only three people in this band, pretty awesome, hope to see them come up at some point.
i don’t really feel like taylor’s voice fits rock, it’s a little too soft, but she still made it work quite well throughout most of the album. this is a very nice compilation of thin lizzy covers and yeah not much else to say, not too much special but still great songs.
great album obviously, not much to say here, just bunch of hits everyone knows and everyone loves.
it is simply impossible to deny mj’s talent and if you disageee, your lying to yourself. it is insane how many hits can be on a album with this guy. i’m not even a huge mj fan nor do i even listen to his music, but i literally knew every song. would be easily a 100, but “The Lady in My Life” is on the tracklist, and that ruined it. (not a bad song just holds it back from being perfect)
this is amazing, it’s memorable off the first listen and it’s quite unique. it’s such a feel good album with such deep lyrics. this was so ahead of its time, and almost mashing psychedelic and funk together is so good.
it’s still an incredible album, but i don’t understand the appeal to so many people, there’s nothing that sticks out from any other soul album. the protests through songwriting definitely make it special but it still isn’t a huge change from any other soul album cause a lot of them have themes like this. it’s still very nice, marvin’s voice is amazing and the tracks are very well put together i just don’t think this could ever go up to a 100 for me.
kenny masons 7th studio album was quite anticipated from me, i’ve been a fan since DRACULA, but he doesn’t quite feel the same anymore. i feel like this could’ve been way better if some tracks were gone, like maybe “STREET CAR” or “HERE II STAY”, but there were still several memorable songs, and “BLACK FIT” was hard as hell. JID had an amazing feature, unfortunately kenny ruined that song for me. and also, “BE WHAT I WANT” sounds ... read more
i’ll always be as honest as i would with any other album even if it’s comm projects. i think what this ep is lacking is mixing and producing. the flow is somtimes not all the time on point but usually it is, i can’t critique your bars though, they are solid as hell. the prod to me sounds very bandlabish, they sound very low quality and not memorable, and the mixing just need some work in general, and i’m sure you don’t have the money or resources for that, and i ... read more
this album is amazing. the tracklist is perfection, vocals are perfection, the groovyness, it’s all so good. such a awesome genre, i really need to get into it more.
this album is so amazing, it just feels like it could change the world, and it did for sure. it’s so joyous, and there’s several of some of the greatest songs ever made on this album. i don’t know how this album is damn near 2 hours it really does not feel that long at all. i mean what else could i say, there’s nothing bad about it, its so beautiful.
decided i’d go ahead and review some mj albums after seeing the movie. hot take, “Rock With You” is bottom 3 on this album. but anyways, i like it, not his strongest vocal performances, but still obviously very very great, it’s a very fun listen. but kinda inconsistent, there’s no bad songs at all, but there’s a couple that are forgettable like “She’s Out of My Life” or “Girlfriend”
i really like this album, but i’m not really a fan of the formatting. there’s too many short songs and instrumentals. every theme is repetitive, although that’s the point, i’m just not a fan when artists do this. but on the good side, the vocals are top tier, along with the songwriting, and there’s a lot of emotion in this album. every song that is over 2 minutes is very memorable and several big hits in it as well. willie’s such a legend man. this album ... read more
a little overrated. yes. but as a rage hater, it’s not too bad honestly. it’s repetitive and lyrically not very impressive, but it’s rage, the production is the thing to focus on. theres a lot of catchy songs i definitely mess with and i wouldn’t say there’s a bad or even mid song on here, it’s mostly good. i’m not really a big fan of the edm stuff though, it’s just not a sound i can get behind at all.
