Stone Temple Pilots - Purple
89

Really great all Around. Has fantastic riffs and vocals throughout. I would definitely be able to understand Anybody who perfers this over core

Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
100

Actually the most perfect metal record Ever made IMO.
Back in 1992, when Nirvana and other grunge bands were taking over everything, Pantera came to show that metal music was still alive, and they did so flawlessly. Every song on here absolutely fucks, and it still has some more tearjerking songs like this love and hollow. Not only do I think every song on here is amazing, but several songs on here are some of my favorites of all time; those include: Walk, this love, mouth for war and hollow, ... read more

Limp Bizkit - Three Dollar Bill, Yall$
70

I mean it’s nothing revolutionary, and I get the hate, but this was pretty enjoyable. If I was old enough to drink this might have been like an 85 or Something, because Limp bizkit is really good party music

Death - Symbolic
100

I genuinely don’t Think there Will Ever be a death metal album as Well made as this one. Probably the best death metal guitar riffs Ever on this thing, and the vocals are pretty good too

Cattle Decapitation - Terrasite
76

Death metal vocals May not be my favorite aspect of any death metal album, but I Think the riffs on this album are too good to deny. It’s also just a bit more brutal than the songs i’ve heard from death atlas

Down - NOLA
88

I’m probably the biggest Pantera fan you know of, so this did not dissapoint. Of course it’s a different type of metal than Pantera, but Phil’s vocals sound nearly as good as they do on some Pantera records

The Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
90

This isn’t an album I listen to very much because of how bloated it is, but it does have a lot of great songs

Metallica - Garage Inc.
70

This is the definition of forgettable and boredom

Machine Head - Burn My Eyes
94

This, Vulgar display of power and chaos a.d are the definition of Groove metal to me. All there fantastic albums

My Chemical Romance - Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge
88

I didn’t have that big anticipation to listen to this, but I did really enjoy it. Very short, but I Think that Only helps it as it would probably have gotten boring if it was longer

Sepultura - Arise
88

I’m kinda split between this and chaos a.d. In terms of which one I perfer, but this is probably the better record; just zero skips on here, but sadly not any masterpiece tracks

Sepultura - Roots
81

As Much as it’s inconsistent, I Can say I really enjoyed this. It’s definitely very flawed, but I did have a great time

Goo Goo Dolls - Dizzy Up the Girl
75

This might be a hot take, but I actually Think this is far better than Weezer and green day. It has both emotional moments and Happy moments, and yes, it still has some misses here and there, but it’s still pretty good

Metallica - Ride the Lightning
100

This is my favorite Metallica album and possibly one of my favorite albums of all time. Don’t get me wrong, I did perfer mop for a Long time, but then I Got kinda tired after hearing it so Much, and somehow, I haven’t gotten bored yet

Alice in Chains - Jar of Flies
100

Absolutely amazing, and while most people give the edge to dirt, I thought this one sounded more passionate and heartbreaking in some way

Pantera - Power Metal
70

I honestly don’t Think this is a bad album. Of course it’s not on the same level as their albums after this, but the riffs are really solid, and while Phil isn’t on his peak here, it’s Much better than anything Terry glaze Ever did, and i’d honestly say his vocals are on the same level as on CFH

Pantera - I Am the Night
21

This is Only a little better than projects in the Jungle. I don’t understand how the production and mixing sounds worse than the Two others, because they were all produced by the same team, and even though the other 2 records weren’t that succesful, they must have atleast earned some Money to be able to make this a better album, but instead, they made Something terrible

Pantera - Projects in the Jungle
10

Seriously some of the worst songs i’ve Ever heard on here, and it Only has one track that isn’t bad. I genuinely don’t know why people Think this is better than metal magic. That album had better production Despite being Older, and it didn’t have random songs as well as terrible vocals

Pantera - Metal Magic
43

It’s not really bad, it’s just not what I come to Pantera for. Like Pantera are probably my favorite band of all time, but I don’t really count these as part of their discography. I still thought I had to listen to these early albums just so I Can Call myself a true fan, although you won’t be seeing me blasting this album the entire day

Pearl Jam - Vs.
89

About as consistent as ten, however it dosen’t have nearly as good hits

"@MitchellDP yeah, i like the lyricism, but i think it’s too bloated. If it was maybe 60 minutes instead of 71, it would be more enjoyable, however with this album, i am able to enjoy it despite the man behind it being a part of why humanity is terrible. Especially because there isn’t any misogyny or hate against women in this album as far as i can tell"

On HomeSession3's review of Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
"@HomeSession3 yeah, I Think the problem with CFH is the fact that it’s so immature most of the time, and I dislike phil’s vocals. I would however disagree that Reinventing the steel is a miss. It didn’t bring that much new to the table, but fuck is it just Well made and fun. And yes, TGST is amazing because it manages to be so brutal while still being close to being their most mature effort"

On ginny's review of Michael Jackson - Bad
"@MatveyRyazanov actually, depending on what type of vinyl you use, it Can hold much longer. Pantera’s cowboys from hell is 57 minutes Long, and it fits on one vinyl, however the sound quality gets worse depending on the lenght and Amount of tracks on a single Disc. Hope that didn’t come out as completely gibberish"

"@MatveyRyazanov while he definitely did achieve the king of pop status for thriller and bad, i’d say his magnum opus is invincible. Also, what do you mean that I didn’t maintain my earlier arguments?"
On ScootMcGlamJam's review of Michael Jackson - Dangerous
"@MatveyRyazanov I Think You Need to understand that Michael’s albums does have flaws, like I Will agree it is a masterpiece, but i Can understand Why some people find it really bloated. Also, you should learn to understand that just because you like it dosen’t mean you should insult people that don’t like it; I’m literally 5 years younger than you, and I know more about how you shouldn’t insult other people, so don’t You date give a Linkin park album or Something a 0/10 next time just because you don’t understand metal"
