woah, this is improvement, like wow. (the order does feel like a mess, but i'd like to think of it as the album doing whatever it wants, really. this is really impressive.
and still forever befuddled by the fact it was made on a phone)
i find myself easily replacing my reading brown noise playlist with this
(good stuff, good ambient stuff. not much to say here, it's captivating, interesting, subtle and very calming--the latter not alluding to the second track, still good though. i guess the lack of progression--excluding the second track--prevents it from being something too mind-blowing, cause i do see some potential with this. but the whole gestalt of this thing is pleasing enough, and i'm glad this project is ... read more
sounds pretty different from the previous projects i've heard. although it does sound pretty parannoul-esque, and no complains about that though! (sounds a bit repetitive though... but can i complain? this was made, IN 30-40 minutes, ON a phone and it really is phenomenal how clockwork's production progressed.
might listen to the EP where this came from, one day...)
the album cover perfectly fits the feel of the project (album cover appreciation: goodness me i love the cover so much.
anyway onto the project! it's... charming! especially that last track, that was really great. although i might've enjoyed it way more if it had more variation; it did feel slightly repetitive. but i've got to say... i don't really mind it that much!
it was really pleasant and that's way more than good enough. although i am hoping it gets better from ... read more

inhumane, exhausting. (the lowest of humanity, accompanied with applauses here and there)
@Hyphenetic , you were spot-on. this is amazing.
(just hearing 'Lost for Words' again after what seemed to be ages ago solidified my stand towards this album; this album feels really damn good. think of this album as an intermission from all the life-changing albums we've went through. literally pure euphoria!
slight spoiler: although i am sort of livid since this euphoria shifted back to overwhelming catharsis when the last track played. could've been the perfect trip ... read more
there was more! (i'll be re-listening to this sometime in the future. maybe during a time when i'll be at my lowest again; something about this project really resonates with me, and i can't put my head around what it is.
it's either the pure melancholic isolation this album conveys... or the fact i was chronically online back then)
this definitely won't be the last time i'll be listening to this project. (also, i kind of need more...)
they perfected whatever the hell they were doing in their previous records, and my head still hurts.
(this band is phenomenal. what i've noticed, from my part, is the band's apt to incessantly and absolutely throw your mind around in disarray; this album was the peak of their prowess to do what was aforementioned.
the previous two records were somewhat inconsistent, soliciting my slight irritation to be an impediment to my listening experience--which, in all honesty, very much ... read more
whatever the hell that was, i wanted more. (i was breathing manually; my lungs moved with a purpose... i'm never making a joke again.)
thank you @Hazel434, this album is more than what i deserved.
(it's everything i ever wished for when i saw the bombardment of my beloved genres incorporated with this project, and even more so. this was the epitome of lush euphoria; if possible, i'd want to stay in this album for eternity.
from Hazel's review, if the meaning behind the lyrics are indeed related to the painful turmoils of a trans woman, i shouldn't be much affected by it. but i was, enough for me to ... read more
