I'm just blown away, this record flows very smoothly, "A fésta" "Agôra só falta você" "Cara Valente" "Lavadeira do Rio" are just some of the best songs I've ever heard. If just this record kept it's consistency it could have been a perfect score for me
it's just absolutely gorgeous. It opens with three perfect songs then manages to keep that beauty until the last minute.
quite good but too annoying at times. favs: Seven Colors, Everything Will Freeze, The Empress
at times it sounded amazing but the repetitiveness and stillness didnt come to my liking sadly
very shot impressive prog record, first song got me hooked then the next two just didn't deliver, good record quite overrated imo
this is actually really good, maybe you need to be into j-rock to fully enjoy it but even if I'm not the biggest bocchi fan I still love this so much, just a very consistent, creative and well produced record
this really blow me away, it sounds so rich and impressive, the first song is justt woah
I think it's slightly overrated but it's still pretty fun and the production is refreshing
really good album, some songs have that ethereal feeling in them (Philautia, Sinner, Storge), I found some tracks a little underwhelming and the album didn't flow quite well but the couple great songs really carried
my least favourite from beach house, it kinda just drags and uses the same sound in a not so interesting way but it still does well keeping a pretty mellow atmosphere
a little messy and unorganized but damn what a record, some songs here sounded soo good I just can't get enough of itt
I apologize to my fellow enbies I know I commited a sin and I'm lowk*rkuenly sorry for that , they are amazing I'm just not enough wholesome chungus labubu white collar pipi kiwi guitar girl to understand this please forgive me and I will do better in the future that's for sure!!
yeah I don't know what the hell was going on on the last track but this sounds pretty good, issue being it's more goofy than funky and I wasn't ready for it...
I'm sorry I just can't... It got so repetitive, I respect it and can see how influential it was but goddamit it's annoying, the instrumentalssss, the harmonica at the end of every song, his voice... Liked the first like 5-6 songs then I just wanted to listen to something else.
a very simple jazz album that excels and sounds pretty smooth and soothing, nothing more to say, just a pretty good album that's worth a listen.
loveless's little sister isn't as brilliant and striking but surely honors mbv as a band and acts as a great last record, it's not as hypnotic, it's minimalistic approach grants it a very gloomy and quiet sound that fully imerses you in a world where you can see everything around you while lacking the ability to comprehend what you see. It's a beautiful record that rewards you if you pay attention to it and engage with it but it doesn't have that sublime and truely ... read more
gets pretty annoying near the end, that combined with the overly long run time and the somewhat horrendous songs, the magic in this album gets lost in a suffocating collection of disconnected songs that sometimes feel the same and sometimes feel like they do not belong on this record, although some songs are remarkable and I would go back to them for sure.
