I don't listen to country, but when I do, all my homies listen to Bailey.
Dude this album is incredible.
Fall In Love is probably one of my favorite songs of all time, and one of my favorite choruses at that.
This album is just somethin' different, pardner.
Straight ass!
Parkway Drive, the band that made Horizons, one of my favorite metalcore albums of all time, are back with probably the worst hard rock album I have ever heard in my life. Everything is so damn generic and painfully unimaginative that if it weren't for a couple of the good harsh vocals I would have trouble figuring out that this is Parkway Drive. Their previous album also went in the hard rock direction but did it so much better, and they came back after four years and dropped ... read more
EDIT: 91-->98, i very much like Sad Grapes now for some reason
Actually shocked at how good this is for a debut EP. It's chock-full of grooves, emotion, and melodies for days. Remedy and Repent might have two of my favorite choruses this year. I think overall, this is a really good start for the band and I'm looking forward to see where they go next.
I think the only gripe i really have with this EP is Sad Grapes In A Bag. As a single in itself it's a fine song, but in the context of the ... read more
Decided to check out the AURORA album, as I first heard of her through the BMTH feature on Limousine (or sorry, liMOusInE) and I was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely not metalcore by any means, but a pretty creative and unique art pop album!
The track I enjoyed most was probably My Body Is Not Mine, but there are plenty others like Dreams and The Essence I thought stood out in a cool way.
Maybe the album seems to drag a little bit by the 10th track or so, but again, it's not a genre of ... read more
Bro this song grew on me SO MUCH
it's just a feel-good country summer hit, not much else to say.
As a huge metal and country fan myself, it's a banger!
Oh dude hell yeah. As someone who doesn't really enjoy anything else Poppy has released outside of K//L and Bad Omens, this is straight fire. And Jordan Fish is awesome
EDIT: 74-->65, haven't been vibing with it in the EP context.
Good instrumentation, that's about it. Kinda feels dragged out.
Definitely the weakest single.
Really surprised by this one.
Super standard but MMF are the kings of catchy hooks and disgusting breakdowns
TIWTEOYSWWF: "Who wants flowers when you're dead? Nobody"
YOUtopia: "No one wants flowers when they're dead"
Cool callback!
Anyway this EP is ass.
As a joke song? 100/100
As a serious song? 0/100
But it's obviously a joke.
EDIT: 10-->0, genuinely unlistenable
EDIT: 30-->10, it got worse when I relistened.
This is actually terrible.
The last track's name is fitting because this EP sounds like a hollow shell of what the band used to be.
