This is genuinely the worst song I’ve heard in a long time. The instrumental is repetitive dogshit that manages to feel like it drags on forever despite being only 2 minutes long and the writing here is even more trite and asinine than I already find Charli’s writing to be typically. I genuinely have no idea how this got OKed to release.
This album is so unbelievably derivative of its contemporaries to the point that it’s a little bit funny. I don’t think this album does a single thing that sticks out to give it its own sense of identity, because everything that this album does has been done better by other artists who share this niche over the course of the past few years.
