On "Ultraviolence" We see Lana take a more rocky psychedelic turn and it mostly pans out. Some of the tracks drag a little bit, but they usually don't bother me that much. What she crafts on this album is great and a wonderful experience all around.
This was really great. "Born To Die" Is Lana being Lana. So much of this record is unique and mysterious in all the best ways. What she crafted on here is very bold, and very good.
No. Why did he even make this bruh?!?!?!?
Not as good as MOTM 1, but it's still really good. The problem with MOTM 2 is that it's bloated. You could cut 2 or 3 tracks and have this be an 8, but unfortunately that's not the case. Even with the bloated track list I still find a ton of enjoyment with this LP, and I highly recommend it!
"MOTM: The End Of Day" was a really great time. The tracks have great hooks, the production is good, and Cudi brings an energy that cant be described.
Doomscroller is so accurate it's scary. Anyway, this is just a great time. Metric to me have always been a group that just likes to have fun, and with Formentera they do that in spades.
This is just fantastic. It has so many great highlights its hard to count. This is the most cohesive project metric has ever released and it really is just a fun time. Songs like Art of Doubt, Underline the Black, and Seven Rules are some of the best metric tracks ever.
It's like Synthetica, but worse! So much less time was put into this and it shows. Very bland, almost always boring, and super uninteresting. The good songs on this are great, but the bad ones are voids that suck all the fun out of it.
Great stuff on here of course, but something is missing. Something is holding me back from really loving this. That being said, I still really enjoyed this and would recommend.
