What an experience. This experimental album puts Gorillaz at a place where not only will you recognize the standard Gorillaz sound, but also get something so much different, and it fits so well. This project is of high quality and it's going to stand strong in their already fantastic discography.
Great compilation album but there are some weaker tracks but overall still enjoyable.
Swag II is better than the first, but still lacks full control of creativity and passion from Justin.
It was a decent project. I personally enjoyed most of it, but it doesn't change anything Justin has been doing for the last decade.
A chill, expected and great listen by Ransom with Boldy James. Production by Nicholas Craven slaps.
It's a decent comeback from Bruno, but lacks the real PUNCH to it. It's a good to great album, enjoyable listen, just isn't game changing.
Hearing Mac again just......makes me feel better and sad at the same time. I wish he was still here
Great Rage mixtape. Osamason is going to be a leading voice of the genre, and I can feel it.
This album is nothing but amazing, and perfect. I don't know how the heck Mac did it at such a young age, but he did, and this final album when he was alive says it all. I don't have much words to say, but what i will say is he was actively calling out for help, and he never got it. I wish he was still here with us as he would've continued to make such quality albums such as this. Rest Easy Mac.
One of the most unique and most consistent listens from Griselda. Alchemist's production always fits super well with Boldy's voice and overall style, and that combined makes an amazing album. The Deluxe is better but the standard is also incredibly good.
The final album by The Notorious B.I.G. I have nothing but respect and awe for Biggie, because How the heck did he master rap so quickly at such a young age for his era? Seems like everyone in his era was just as young and talented, taking their raps and pioneering it into what we know today. This final double sophomore album by Biggie told everything we needed to know his perspective on life, and it's a beautiful perspective. Every song here slaps and for how long it is, it's very ... read more
A very chill album, love the vibes I get from it. Alchemist never misses on beats and Larry and Curren$y have laid back flows and chemistry with each other.
"The Sound Of Bad Habit" takes what was wrong with "Hearts and Darts" with a more cleaned up flow along with a more understanding production style. A trap mixtape! Baby Keem was still trying to find his sound and was gaining some slow popularity in the Underground, and unfortunately this wasn't the Mixtape that introduced me to Baby Keem, but rather would be "DIE FOR MY BITCH" Which is a far better mixtape. Overall this mixtape is a major step up from ... read more
I personally enjoy this EP, but no it isn't good. Baby Keem is still trying to find his sound and I completely understand it. "Baby Keem" is the only song I heavily bump, and even then it's still a mid to decent song. Overall, this is an essential EP for Keem to find his sound and develop his artistry.
What a wait, and it was worth it. This album is such an enjoyable experience and first listen was fantastic. Keem gets very personal on this album, almost feels like his Mr Morale or good kid, m.A.A.d City. Keem talks about his struggles and survivors guilt towards his Uncle and his Mother, whilst being very open about it. During the Live Listening party, Keem did address his absence, being a choice for his mental health. The PRODUCTION, The Production is so consistent being nearly entirely ... read more
A fantastic, experimental, and chaotic listen. Their final studio album as "Injury Reserve". A near perfect listen and an experience I think everyone needs to listen to.
A Solid debut album with many bangers and highlights and my personal favorite Baby Keem Project. Will Ca$ino Top it? Let's find out February 20th.
