Benny kills it on this album. He has consistently proven himself to be the top dawg of Griselda.
Enjoyed this mixtape. Benny killed it once again. I prefer this much over the first, but again, nothing too special here. Great performances by The Butcher
The First Installment to a fantastic and influential Mixtape Series. Probably the weakest, but it sets the blueprint for the Griselda Sound.
Tyler's best album, his rapping is amazing on this album along with the production and entertaining narration from DJ Drama. I will say this is a future classic, but it could already be considered one.
Flower Boy is the Tyler we Really needed. The most essential album to his maturity. Production is amazing and compliments his lyrics, along with lyrics of him being bisexual, along with themes of love, isolation, and loneliness, being more vulnerable to the listener. Tyler Really created a fantastic project here.
J Cole's best album. The Production hits you hard, the Concept and themes of the album are cohesive and deep, and his performance on the mic is incredible. Cole really showed the world he can go toe to toe with your favorite rapper.
One of the largest albums of hip hop. Wayne sold 1 MILLION UNITS FIRST WEEK. However, this has some of his worst songs (being Pussy Monster) and the second latter of the album is weaker compared to the first. That being said, Its a fantastic album and it shifted Hip Hop to newer heights. I do want to say Lil Wayne even before this album already proved he was the next big thing in Hip Hop, and to this day, it still stands tall. His impact is undeniable and his catalog as well.
Kanye West made one of the strongest projects with The Life Of Pablo. An explicit Gospel influenced piece by the Influential Producer and Rapper. Kanye almost made this album seem like a game, with many updates before concluding it. Blending themes of Family Struggle, his Incredible fame and impact, and his identity to where he was at the time. His Faith in this album is impeccable, and one of his best. This could also be one of his standouts in his immaculate and incredible discography as this ... read more
One of Eminem's most difficult and cohesive works. Eminem was at a time in his life where he was heavily struggling with drug abuse, nearly avoiding his death. This album says it all, its difficult and heavily emotional for a good reason. There are some heavy stinkers on it, but ironed out by the fantastic cuts here.
Eminem's most likeable album. Its got everything. Hits? Check, Deep songs? Check, Gym Beats for Working out? Check. One of the strongest albums in his catalog
Kanye Is one of the most impactful artists in our generation, no denying it at all, This Kanye West album says it all.
Uzi's best album. He really changed the sound of rap with this album along with his peers.
I think this one of Uzi's best albums. The Mixtape mixed with the album is a great fusion.
Its Painful, but Beautiful. Alice In Chains put their everything into this album, and it payed off. "Would?" Is my favorite song here. Everything flows perfectly into the other, making this a Perfect album to me. Its a step up from Face-lift, although thats an amazing project as well (many could argue its better). Thanks Layne Staley, we will forever remember you 🕊
Trilogy, the Beginning of The Weeknd. This Compilation as a whole makes me appreciate the life I have and have lived to experience this amazing Artist. One of the greatest to do it in our generation and I will stand on that forever.
Tyler's best album, especially the Estate Sale. Fantastic Production and Rapping. Love it.
