The 7th installment to the "Hitler Wears Hermes" Series. One of my personal favorites off the series. Also a great mixtape.
This album ages well year after year. Thank you Kendrick Lamar Duckworth.
A great third installment to the Pray for Paris series. I really enjoyed the Wrestling themes on this Mixtape. I did enjoy this more than "And Then You Pray For Me" because it reintroduces the sound we accosiate with the Flygod himself. I really like the Wrestling themes and overall consistency on this project. It is the second best installment in the "Praying" Trilogy, behind "Pray For Paris". Westside Gunn continues to put out amazing projects.
Is it as good as Illmatic? Yes. Is it more cohesive? Arguable. Point is, "it was Written" is another classic in Nas' amazing discography
The JAY-Z Album that solidified him as a legend in hip hop. Jay takes his pen game to the next level, along with Kanye West Production.
A Hip Hop Must listen. A Jazz Boom Bap Masterpiece with Insane Production. Warm, Cohesive, and Dynamic. The Low End Theory is an example of how Jazz can fit well with the roots of Hip Hop.
The Weeknd EXPLODED with this album. This is the album that got me fully hooked on Abel's music. the title track being one of the largest cuts from this album, "Sidewalks with Kendrick Lamar" being one of my personal favorites, with 2 of my favorite artists creating chemistry together, "Die for You" having a renaissance and being an incredible vocal performance, the heavy influence of Michael Jackson on "I feel it coming with Daft Punk". This album isn't ... read more
The deluxe version of "good kid, m.A.A.d City" is by far the better listen. The 3 bonus tracks add a more interesting and more immersive experience. The Much more preferred version of GKMC.
Drake's Strongest Mixtape, if not project in his Discography. some of his strongest rapping is on this project, along with singing. The Production is amazing as well.
great mixtape, and a must listen in Drake's catalog
Drake's magnum opus. This is a very strong project with many highlights off this album. "headlines" being an anthem from this album, My personal favorite "Crew Love" with The Weeknd, and the deep, and depressing "Marvin's Room" and "Buried Alive (Interlude)" with Kendrick Lamar. This album has many highs, being a fantastic album.
One of Drake's best albums. I do have Take Care over it, but this one has a more simplified tracklist, and runtime. Fantastic album of the 2010's.
This album shows how capable Conway is of Making an album with Quality and Immersive listen to the world of boom bap hip hop. Production featuring Daringer, and The Alchemist, the features are great, everything about this album is a must listen for Griselda fans who are new and old combined.
Kiss Land is a polarizing album. With many Critics and Fans not really clicking to this album. For me that isnt the case. "Kiss Land" brings the concept of Struggling with the pop star fame, losing the feeling of love, turned to lust. Getting lost in the Dystopia of Future Japan, The Weeknd's consistent vocal performances heavily compliment the Production of this album. Perfectly merging the two into an amazing experience. Many don't consider this album perfect, but I do.
