The Fishmans' final album is an hour filled with gorgeous and lush production. Really amazing stretch of songs from Magic Love to Daydream.
I can't imagine how it would feel to see this live... Everything about this is perfect, I really loved the opener and how it introduced the band. The switch-up after that is so good. In The Air sounds superb and Long Season somehow sounds better than it's studio counterpart. A perfect live album.
I can't believe I had never listened to this. And the live version is apparently better??? Crazy.
What an amazing return to form...
After 13 years of silence, Boards of Canada manages to excel any expectations I had set for them. This whole album is like a movie, so cinematically produced. That run from 'Deep Time' and onwards is absolutely amazing. I knew they would come back strong, but this is just special.
Production was just insane, obviously. I loved how much he went out the box, but I didn't like this overly high pitched voice he was doing on some songs, like there was a filter on it or something. The second half was a lot stronger than the first half since most of the first half was straight edm. I definitely need a relisten.
Despite losing their lead vocalist, they still deliver a great album.
Coming off an album like Alfredo, a lot of expectations have to be met. Alfredo 2 follows those expectations beautifully. Very good production, and the features are great too.
Very solid album from the three. Curren$y and Freddie do great on this and The Alchemist very much delivers with the production.
100th Review
If Freddie and Madlib are like PB&J, Freddie and Uncle Al are like bread and butter. Freddie's aggressive vocals with beautiful and elegant instrumentals layered on top from Al. Absolutely beautiful.
I honestly forgot how great this project was. I love the way he incorporated rock elements into this, very awesome.
Amazing deluxe, some of my favorite verses on here.
They mix perfectly together, such an amazing collab album.
The production on here is very loud and badly mixed, which makes it have this sound to it that no other JPEGMAFIA produced album has.
Peggy's best album in my opinion. The offline version of 'LP!' shows JPEGMAFIA at his best in terms of rapping, production, and flows. 20 amazing songs meshed together to make his best body of work so far.
This is genuinely amazing. It's very abrasive at times but in all, leads to a very beautiful album.
This was my favorite peggy album for a while, and going back to it I can see why.
