I like this. I like GUTS more. I think GUTS should be on the list instead of this. But it won’t be because it’s too new. And it never will be. It’ll forever be overshadowed by the popularity of this. That’s not a bad thing. But it’s not a good thing.

#364 Rolling Stone’s “Greatest 500 Albums of All Time”
First Talking Heads listen, unfortunately, like so many others on this list so far, most songs on this album were good, but I didn’t find the complete overall album experience super compelling - I also felt the first two tracks sounded a bit similar to Psycho Killer idk if that’s a hot take.

#365 Rolling Stone’s “Greatest 500 Albums of All Time”
I took roughly a week break before moving onto this spot on the list, which I also thought was perfectly convenient for the number 365 spots, as it means I have exactly a year of albums left before completion if I manage to do one per day in that time, so I’ll see how far I can go.
Madvillainy is one of those albums that just evoke certain emotions out of me, similarly to J Dilla’s Donuts, and I can’t ... read more

Not my favourite type of rap, but the high writing on this album is undeniable, it’s more of a collection of poems than songs at some points - in the best way possible.

It’s compilation album tax time!
Takes a little bit to get it really started but The Temptations do undoubtedly have some great hits. Surely they’ve got an album solid enough to place on the list rather than just using a compilation as usual
