This is just such a feel good album. It doesn't stick out a ton admittedly, and I think feels a bit dragged out at some points in the second half, but that doesn't stop this from being just an absolute vibe from start to finish. This album is just a dream like experience from start to finish, with such unique dreamy synthpop/electropop style all throughout. No part of this feels out of place or annoying, and every part of it just flows from piece to piece perfectly. This is my first proper Fiona Apple album, and is a whole lot of fun! Fiona's piano throughout is a treat to listen to, and the album has a really diverse set of songs to listen to, breaking my worry if it potentially feeling a bit too samey throughout. This album is filled to the brim with VARIETY, and I LOVE it for that. Despite being an album from 19 years ago, this album still feels new and fresh, with it trying so many interesting and exciting things, and having some wild production to boot.
