(96/100 -> 100/100)
One of the most devastatingly beautiful albums I’ve ever heard. With just his guitar and a few accompanying instruments, Nick Drake delivers a stripped back, melancholic piece of art with a runtime of less than half an hour.
The album starts and before you know it, it just ends. It ends after 11 tracks. You’re left there feeling like you want more, like there should be something more that the album delivers, but there isn’t. It just ends. And, to me, ... read more

Sad to say that this album has grown off me a lot. I really like David Bowie, and I really like what he had to offer here, but there is a lack of consistency that sort of ruins the experience for me. Apart from Changes and Life on Mars?, the other nine songs just don’t feel that special to me unfortunately. There are some great ideas and enjoyable rock moments that he provides, yet it feels like he fails to enhance the overall tracklist and make it more interesting. ... read more

The fourth album in their self titled series, and easily the best. Not to belittle the other three, but this does beat them all pretty easily in terms of quality and consistency. The melodic aspects really shine here, and do well to highlight the heavy energy of the guitars and their work. The entire album keeps such a good consistency throughout the whole of its runtime, so much so that by the end, I was left wanting more and felt like it still had more to offer. Led ... read more
Look who hit puberty. “Baby” Keem sounds so evolved here, it’s weird to compare this to The Sound of Bad Habit. He sounds so much more mature, and it’s not just his voice. His flows feel diverse, his delivery feels more natural and even his production skills have improved in one way or another. This album definitely contains the best R&B/non rap cuts out of all his works. He offers an array of well crafted tracks, showcasing his versatility and ability to adapt well ... read more

With the release of his first album, Baby Keem further proves himself as an artist and his ability as a performer. Through this series of tracks, he delivers everything from powerful verses to dirty flows to pop/R&B performances that still fit well within the rest of the album’s content. The features add so much more, bringing their own energy to the table which does well to compliment Baby Keem’s delivery. Kendrick, easily the highlight of the features, ... read more

Baby Keem returns with a follow up mixtape that improves in quality and turns out to be really decent. The growth could never be more evident, he provides more confident performances and deliveries, his rapping is more engaging and interesting, and the production sounds more decorated and polished, though not completely. His lyricism still isn’t as great as I would like, but it’s still amazing to see his ... read more
