I like this a lot, it's like Talking Heads but listenable and the overindulgent trademark King Crimson instruments are still here. Very accessible. I might actually recommend it to someone new to the band over ITCOTK.
I don't know what to make of Talking Heads, they sound nothing like ANY other artists I've heard. The vocalist is so weird on some songs that he borders on being terrible but I guess that's the appeal? It's almost post / prog rocky how they make the instruments that repeat over and over so prevalent in the sound, even though they use synths and very funky guitars.
