April’s Albums V #7: Preacher’s Daughter
I’ll write a review for this tomorrow, I need to listen to it again I don’t have time right now. all you need to know rn is that during the first act, I thought it was amazing but not quite a masterpiece, and then when act 2 started the story became a lot easier to follow and basically I just got done bawling my eyes out to Strangers. this is the second album that’s ever made me cry, so yeah. for now I’ll give it a ... read more

I liked it while it was on, it was good, but it kinda lost me along the way. this feels so so much longer than 48 minutes, listening to this almost felt like a chore in the latter half. I’m giving the album the benefit of the doubt, it could grow on me, but the sound grew stale for me really fast. and these lyrics just feel like they have nothing to say to me, maybe it’s ... read more
