Lennon's songwriting is truly incredible, I hope no one shoots him.
This album is in my top 50 for sure, every song stands out and some actually have a good message (at least for John Lennon) such as Crippled Inside.
Screw you lennon haters, he may have had a bit of a dry sense of humor but he was such a good guy, R.I.P.
I highly disagree with the user reviews.
In my opinion, the songs are all unique in a good way, and he did a great job of adapting into the newer pop genre.
He had good things to say, and powerful messages that you should think about. My reason for a 70, and not higher, is because he has done much better work, and I feel that this album doesn't really fit into his discography.
I kinda get why people wouldn't like it, but to me, this album is such a banger and I'll never hate it.
This is very different to Paul's other albums and I do wish he did more music of this style, a must listen in my opinion.
This is a perfect use of AI. It's so weird and cool that this song was released to remember the person that wrote it, definitely the first time that's happened. The music video could have been done better, or maybe it was exactly what they were going for, that I do not know. Also, special or not, this song is amazing in general.
They came in with a bang, and went out with a bang. This album is amazing and holds many of their greatest songs from the early days and was such a great start to a career that changed music forever.
Mister Postman and All my Loving are the only good songs in this album, the rest of the songs are super boring and have nothing going for them.
This is a big downgrade from their debut album, they fumbled for sure.
This was a big step in their songwriting process, but it was still such a generic 60s sound that I'm not a fan of. It starts off strong and has some good songs but overall it's quite overrated and doesn't evoke any emotion for me.
Beatles for Sale?? Give me all four.
This album is pretty okay, overly hated in my opinion. Honey Don't is a good song.
Why does everyone hate on this album?? It's a movie soundtrack goddammit!!
Also, Hey Bulldog fucking slaps
Their best album from 65 for sure. I love almost every song in this album, especially Norwegian Wood, Nowhere Man, and though overrated, Drive My Car.
Not their best album, and pretty bumpy, but this is still a great album with great songs.
Definitely a slightly underrated album for sure, this is such a great album and comparable to their other albums in my opinion.
This was the turning point in their career, the point where they went 100% late beatles, and they nailed it. In Rubber Soul they dipped their feet in the water, in Revolver they did a cannonball, and the fans jumped with them.
All the Beatles did an amazing job with every single song in this album (yes, even ringo), all these songs have been stuck in my head at least 30 times each and they really stood out among all the other bands at the time.
Easily one of their best albums, and I wish they ... read more
What can I say? This album literally changed music forever, and this album also holds multiple of their best songs.
One of the best psychedelic albums ever. This album is truly an experience.
What a beautiful end to such a great band, they definitely went out with a bang.
The most creative album of all time, so unique, truly one of a kind. The Beatles will make it big one day, I just know it.
