Armando Manzanero - Sus 26 Grandes Boleros
NR

"Nos hizo falta tiempo"

Armando Manzanero was undoubtedly one of the most important latin music composer of the second half of the 20th century. His contribution to popular music will remain untouched for years to come. Whether it's his work with what is arguably Luis Miguel's greatest album "Romance" or Elvis himself recording one of his songs "Somos Novios", Manzanero's career is incredible. Disposable album by handsome boy. Shame, he was on a good track in 11:11, acceptable album

The concept is dark and obscure, really interesting. The guitar work by Frank and Ray is in all moments superb, Mikey's signature simplistic basslines are accurate, Gerard's vocals are beautiful, and the harmonies are great. The drumming is sometimes odd (a lot of sound replacement that is really evident sometimes), but still that doesn't substract from the rush ... read more
