I feel like the lead singer is kinda sniffing his own farts the entire time. easily one of the most pretentious albums ive ever listened to. Gotta give them credit though because it was really good and the lyricism is frankly awesome, but it's still a little off-putting to me due to the fact that the band KNOWS that what they're making is great and they kind of piss around with it (especially the ending of the last song). Sad to see them go so soon though
i associate this album with a particular part of my life but i dont know if that means i like it more or less. maybe both?
there is an argument to be made for this to be as good or better than the glow pt. 2
great collection of songs for those itching for more microphones material but not essential
this album is fun and i like it. its obviously nothing compared to the majority of the microphones' discography but its cool stuff
It's pretty much near perfect in every way. When the energy is high, it's INFECTIOUS. Love Eno's production on this album, he makes every part of the music stand out in their own way

Through the TWO AND A HALF HOURS of music, none of it feels like filler and all feels like a complete project.
Knowing the stories behind some of these songs like the sample on I Was a Prisoner in Your Skull really enhances the experience and makes it feel so ... read more
i like dark side of the moon more after hearing some of the tracks off of this
this could be my personal favourite tyler album. not his best, but my favourite
