i am really enjoying this new direction that peppa pig is following. she blends avant garde with indie folk and metalcore so well somehow. honestly, the quality from this release compared to her debut entitled "My First Album" is a huge difference. i'm honoured to witness her immense growth in the music industry.

my favourite folk album and one of my all-time favourite albums in general
although the vocals are too traditional-sounding for me, the unique rhythms and big clashes of instruments make up for it. this was my first black midi album and it's safe to say that i'm excited to hear more :)
there are 3 things that i love about sweet trip: the atmosphere, the vocals and the dreaminess/variety in the music. this album definetly compliments those factors. although this album felt a little long for me, that doesn't matter because of how enchanting the music is. potentially my aoty :)
