I listened to this on a 15 hour plane trip.... I love this fkn album.
What a single, this was incredible. Genuinely one of her best songs, if not her best imo. Really reminded me of The Backseat Lovers, specifically Waiting to Spill. The folk, pop, and rock elements blend really well together.
(not my first csh album release as a one year old fan being dookie, im sobbing rn)
Anyway, yes this one.....is not great, and I'm really sad to say this, because CSH are one of my favourite bands of all time and the fact that they remade one of my favourite albums of all time into the absolute mess it is here is just sad to see. Despite Andrew Katz saying that this is not a serious project, it is still listed as an actual LP release, which has me disappointed for their future stuff. ... read more
