Dry Cleaning - Secret Love

Critics like to overrate stuff like this but it's still very good work.

Wait, What Did You Say? - Stay Safe, Little One.

A really fun and solid showing. Really enjoying the production on this thing. Needs to distinguish itself songwriting and aesthetically from its influences a bit more though.

Pierce The Veil - Collide with the Sky

I really wanted to like this band but as time goes on I can't help but feel so disillusioned with them. I originally had this as an 8, but now its the only album I think they have that even breaks a six. The aesthetic of the band as a whole has continuously degraded on me over the last year or so and I can confidently say I dislike them as a band.

Still looking for my socks to this day

Theres some decent ideas but this project is a mess

Year Of The Knife - No Love Lost

Could I be missing something? Maybe. The issue is, there doesn’t feel like there’s much to miss with this one. Its fine, but the production is meh, the breakdowns are generic, theres just not much going on here, and absolutely nothing distinguishing to me about this.

So this is the start of my first… listening project? Idk. Im listening to everything that Kurt Ballou has production creds on in order. This shit fucks.

ROSALÍA - LUX

guys the album is very creative and epic but does the songwriting really hit as hard as the user score would suggest? Idk maybe I need a couple more listens under my belt.

I’ve been loving this album for the last couple of years…. And just realized i don't have it rated. How??? It dawned on me last night that this album is 100% a 10 and I don’t know why I didn’t have it as such? It meets all the requirements. Every song is FANTASTIC, its beautiful and so emotional and sweet and heartwarming and heartbreaking and touching and gentle. Its vibe is extremely unique and its existence imposes a unique and necessary presence. Chef’s ... read more

This is fucking beautiful and rejuvenating and I’m speechless

twenty one pilots - twenty | one | pilots

While on one hand uncompromisingly raw and themselves, with this they sacrifice self-awareness and and make insufficient effort to present their themes with sophistication, class, quality, self-awareness, maturity, and subtlety

Childish Gambino - Camp

Immature almost to parody

Maruja - Pain to Power

Some great moments, some songs feel like they have some fat to trim, mainly the first few cuts

Xiu Xiu - Knife Play
94

The fact that this album is so experimental and sonically out of wack while also being so heart-wrenchingly devastating from cut to cut is just mindblowing.

Daughters - Daughters

I was NOT expecting this to fuck this HARD WTFFFFF

Car Bomb - Centralia

This shit slaps me into the fucking future

julie - pushing daisies

If they dropped an album that was entirely on this level I’d be inclined to consider a 100

Swans - The Glowing Man

If this had To Be Kind’s production, it would be better than To Be Kind

"Dude ive been following ur channel for around two years, im guunna start replying to you here to get you to do a reaction video to Meta by Car Bomb. This band is so fucking unique and progressive with their metal and they need more exposure. Their music is so unique i was really disappointed to realize that none of the music reaction channels have done reactions to them, because it be so entertaining to watch.Consider it if u see this :)"
