nothing crazy but i enjoyed it! you can definitely tell its paul lol. lots of gentle musings on love and sadness, its got those lovely melodies i expect when i put on a paul mccartney album. not too many songs that id consider beatles quality, but i understand its a transitional period for him.

anyway this is an overlooked one but very fun. i have heard the movie is atrocious and i want to watch it very bad. the back half full of singles definitely does the heavy lifting here, but no bad songs necessarily. penny lane one of my fav songs ever forever and ever <3
